WALT DISNEY WORLD :D

Walt Disney World? Florida? USA? March break? Family trip? 35 more people? Celebrating life?
YES, EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN A TRIP OF 9 DAYS.

This was not a simple March break trip, we went there in honour of Al, my host mum's dad. His last wish was to go with his whole family to Disney World but unfortunately he couldn't make it. That didn't stop them, all his family (including me) remembered him when we took pictures with Mickey, when we went up to the Tower of Terror or when we watched amazed the fireworks at Magic Kingdom. He was present in every single moment of the trip.

Day 1: EPCOT

We woke up in Buffalo, USA after driving from Barrie the day before. We left behind winter and cold weather and flew to Florida, sooooo warm and sooooo sunny.

The theme park is about "tomorrow, future and space". But that was not all, it has an area with pavilions from many different countries where you can find local food, rides, shops and their amazing culture (although Spain was not in one of those :,( ) We visited Mexico, France, Morocco, USA, Italy, Japan, China... it was amazing.

 Getting ready to go !

Feeling like a kid !

Day 2: TYPHOON LAGOON WATER PARK

Yes, water park!!! Well, it was 28 degrees and there's nothing better than going to the pool wearing your bathing suit and sunglasses while your friends are in Canada below 0 :)))

There were soooo many rides we didn't have enough time to try all of them, but my favourite one was the wave pool where the wave was up more than 6 m!!

Later that day we went to Downtown Disney, one of my favourite places in the whole park. Shops, restaurants and people. It's crazy but magical at the same time. That night we had dinner in an Irish pub, and believe me, I haven't tried better fish and chips than the ones I had there :P

Sinceramente, me encantó.

Love it !!

Day 3: MAGIC KINGDOM

When you talk about Disney you just think about that big blue castle... well, that is Cinderella's castle and it's in Magic Kingdom and I had the chance to go inside it!! There you could find anything you have dreamt about... it's such a magical place that I can't describe it. Princesses, Mickey's friends, themed restaurants, rides, fireworks, shows...

Without a doubt, the moment of the Castle lighting was priceless and everybody would love it, no matter how old you are, where you are from or what you like... it was followed by an amazing Fireworks show and an Electrical parade.

Well, I have to say too that we stayed up until the park closed, at 2am. YES, 2 AM!! DISNEY IS EXHAUSTING!!

Be our guest restaurant

Haha so creepy

SPAIN !!!

Super fun

Magical

Priceless

Day 4: FREE DAY (?) NO, MUCH MORE FUN

We didn't have breakfast at the resort, we went to Chef Mickey's!! Where we could meet Goofy, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Mickey :)

After that, we went to the pool and we had dinner at Ohana, where we tried the same food Lilo & Stitch are used to eat (just kidding haha) and we learnt how to the dance the Hula :D

Looks good eh?

My fav :)

Love these ones!!

Day 5: DISNEY'S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

My favourite park with my favourite rides and shows. We went on a "journey into the movies" since the 20's, we went into Andy's room with Woody and Buzz Lightyear, we walked around New York and San Francisco, we tried to be a Jedi in Star Wars, we felt as the kids in "Honey, I shrunk the kids", we walked by Cinderella's carriage, we "sang in the rain", we went on a roller coaster with Aerosmith, we went down on a broken, old and enchanted elevator, and we saw an amazing show in which Mickey defeated all the villains from Disney movies.

SOUNDS LIKE FUN, DOESN'T IT? :D

Best people ever

Walking around New York

Fantasmic!!

Day 6: BLIZZARD BEACH

Another water park, but I swear this was much bigger, better and excited than the other one. It seemed like a ski mountain where everything was covered by "snow". We went down watersides, raft rides and another wave pool, like if we were skiing, snow tubing or snowboarding.

Day 7: ANIMAL KINGDOM

Last day of this awesome trip, Animal Kingdom was waiting for us. We went on a safari like if we were in Africa where we saw elephants, giraffes or gorillas. After that we meet some African drummers are more Disney characters until we arrived to the Everest in Asia. Seriously, you don't think you are in Florida, everything looks so real that you just think you are on a trip reaaaally far away.

All of us!!

Love this pic, you'll never be too old for Disney :)

LAST DAY :,(

There's nothing more upsetting than saying good bye to warm weather, sun and fun, and saying hello again to winter, cold and routine. Whatever, we had an awesome time in family although it was for a lot of people the first time outside Ontario haha.

Priceless moments, in honour of Al with all his family. Thanks to all of them for include me in this trip, I had an awesome with all of you you :)

I have to say that Disney is made for everybody in the world, it's not made for kids. No matter how old you are, YOU'D LOVE IT!
